Menú Interactivo Agenda 21 Local

Some of the material on here indicates ICLEI U.S. membership at 400...1100...the last I heard was 1700 U.S. counties belonging to ICLEI. But cities and counties don't have to actually belong to ICLEI...I've been told there are interactive computer programs that can be accessed for free or at much lower costs than the actual membership would be. I ran across this. I have no idea what it's saying, but I suspect it will lead to one of those interactive computer programs. I'm just going to put it right here so I won't forget about it.
