WORLD BANK

I was sent an e-mail a while back that I have been struggling with mightily.  The e-mail contained a link to a World Bank document, "Expanding Opportunities and Building Competencies for Young People:  A New Agenda for Secondary Education."  My first reaction was "What the hell is the World Bank doing messing in our educational system."  I started digging in it and oh, my...it has made my head balloon out to the bursting point at what has been and is still going on and who all is involved in it.  It is HUGE.  I think the best way to start is to just give links...because most are going to be dumbfounded at what I'm finding.  So I'll put this posting up and add to it as we go along.  Let's start with the original document:

Expanding Oportunities and Building Competencies for Young People:  A New Agenda for Secondary Education

  • Note from Georgia Stapleton:
What about this grand plan? See pages 208,209, 210 interesting.. and intro page 3 United States..   U.S. Template for Expansion of Secondary Education
Then check this out:  You'll need this info later on.

Then go get a free download of The Deliberate Dumbing Down of America.  It's boring because it's effectively a list of the legislation involved.  But you'll need this info later, too.

Video on UNESCO.  16 billion from the U.S.  Interesting.  I can't fault what they're saying, but there is more to come...

The Truth About International Bacculaureate (IB) -  Be sure and watch that video on getting rid of the 11th Commandment -- National Sovereignty.  "Democracy's a mess,"  "...need international standards,"  "voluntary"...yeah, right now voluntary; later, mandatory.

That's enough to keep you busy for a couple of weeks.  But...there's much, much more...
